Vendor Sourcing in the Customer Order module expands the item range and availability for each store.
Note: Vendor Sourcing works for one or more items, if all these conditions apply:
- There is no inventory available for an item in the current store.
- There is no inventory available in any of the stores, see Customer Order Sourcing Locations (Stores, Warehouses).
- All setup steps have been finished, see How to: Set Up Vendor Sourcing for Customer Order.
- The item has a Vendor No.
